Godrej Vanantara. Where the city moves closer to home.
2, 3 & 4.5 BHK · Starting ₹1.57 Cr onwards
Godrej Vanantara is a 36-acre residential township by Godrej Properties on one of South Bangalore's most established corridors. Sixteen towers rising to G+30/32 floors hold 2,000 thoughtfully planned homes in 2, 3, 3 BHK Luxe and 4.5 BHK Luxe formats. The development opens with prices from Rs. 1.57 Cr. It is positioned as a limited edition release on Bannerghatta Road.
The promise here is space, in a city where space has become the real luxury. Eighty-nine percent of the land is held back as open ground, with sixty-five percent under greenery and a four-acre private forest woven into the masterplan. Towers are spaced for light and cross-ventilation rather than maximum density. The result is a campus that feels less like a high-rise complex and more like a wooded neighbourhood with homes set inside it.
Floor plates have been kept disciplined at four units per floor, with four lifts per tower and minimal wall sharing between apartments. The 65,000-plus square foot clubhouse anchors the social and recreational life of the community, with provisions for fitness, wellness, family and resident-hosted gatherings. Apartment sizes run from 1,250 sq.ft. for the 2 BHK to 2,900 sq.ft. for the 4.5 BHK Luxe. Layouts have been drawn around natural light, deeper balconies and quieter interiors.
The timing matters. Bannerghatta Road is in the middle of a transport reset, with the Namma Metro Pink Line preparing to open the Kalena Agrahara to Tavarekere stretch and the underground section connecting through to Nagawara following soon after. The corridor is already home to mature schools, hospitals and retail, and the metro adds a missing piece. A 36-acre land parcel of this scale, on this stretch, in this market, is unusual. The Godrej name brings the institutional comfort that a purchase of this size warrants.

The 21.25 km Pink Line connects Bannerghatta Road's Kalena Agrahara terminus to Nagawara, with the elevated Kalena Agrahara to Tavarekere stretch in final RDSO safety trials and the underground Dairy Circle to Nagawara segment following.
The Yellow Line from RV Road to Bommasandra is now operational, linking Jayadeva Hospital and Electronic City and giving Bannerghatta Road residents fast interchange access to the southern IT belt via Jayadeva.
Following four years of metro construction, BMRCL has restored two-way traffic between Dairy Circle and Lakkasandra and is reconstructing the full carriageway, easing the corridor's long-standing congestion ahead of the Pink Line opening.
The arterial has seen sustained widening and junction upgrades alongside metro civil works, improving capacity from Dairy Circle through Hulimavu, Gottigere and Kalena Agrahara, with footpath and access work continuing around new metro stations.
The Union Cabinet has approved Bangalore Metro Phase 3 covering 44.65 km and 31 stations with multi-modal integration including JP Nagar 4th Phase, deepening South Bangalore's interchange network and the Bannerghatta corridor's long-term connectivity.
A contiguous 36-acre site on this stretch of South Bangalore is genuinely rare. It allows the masterplan to hold back 89 percent open space and weave a four-acre private forest into the campus, instead of squeezing towers onto a tight footprint.
Each G+30/32 tower runs four apartments per floor served by four lifts, with minimal wall sharing between homes. The result is shorter waits, more privacy at the door and quieter interiors than typical high-rise density allows.
The grand clubhouse anchors recreation, fitness, wellness and family programming for the community, sized for a 2,000-home township. Pools, courts, lounges and indoor sports sit alongside curated outdoor zones across the campus.
Kalena Agrahara, the southern terminus of the Namma Metro Pink Line, sits about five kilometres away. Once the line is fully commissioned, residents gain a signal-free rail corridor to Dairy Circle, MG Road, Cantonment and Nagawara.
The address is already surrounded by mature schools, hospitals and retail including Greenwood High next door, Fortis and Apollo on Bannerghatta Road, IIM Bangalore, Meenakshi Mall and Vega City. Residents do not wait for a neighbourhood to grow into itself.
Godrej Properties is part of the Godrej Group's 125-plus year industrial heritage, with a portfolio across India's major metros and a track record of delivery, construction quality and resale strength that institutional buyers and end-users have come to rely on.
